Popular Beaches in Brazil
Brazil is famous for its laid back beach lifestyle owing to over 8000 km of beautiful coastline which is lined with probably close to a thousand beaches. The majority of the beaches here have palm trees which gives people an opportunity to string up a hammock and enjoy their surrounds. However, like other things in the world some of these beaches are significantly better than others but unfortunately most tourists do not know about them so we have comeup with a list of some of the best beaches in the country.
Alter do Chao, Par
Rio de Janerio and probably the beaches in the North East may be some of the most famous beaches in the world but they are certainly not the best and the most beautiful in Brazil. As a matter of fact some of the best beaches have nothing to do with the coastline but rather they are situated around 30 km away from Santerem city. The beach is called Alter do Chano and is a secluded beach covered by thick plant life and lots of sand it is no wonder that the majority of visitors get the urge to fish here.
Fernando de Noronha
Anyone who has visited Fernando de Noronha calls it paradise which is probably the only word which can describe the beauty of this beach. The beach is located 350 km away from the north east coast and is dotted with beautiful beaches all over. The other place you can visit from here is the Baia dos Porcos which is also a beautiful beach and is home to exotic aquatic life and naturally warm saltwater perfect for swimming.
Praia do Toque, Alagoas
Praia do Toque is located at the very fringe of a 15km long stretch of beautiful beach property which has been perfectly preserved by its surrounding reefs. The highway or the local road should take you to a sport where you'll see small scattered villages and tons of coconut trees. The water is always warm here at a perfect 36 degrees during the afternoon. About 40 minutes from here is the beautiful Praia do riacho and then So Miguel. This is the perfect spot to hire fishing boats and venture out yourself to enjoy some fishing or simply share drinks with your family in perfect peace and calm of your beautiful surroundings.
