Real Chicago Limousine Stories Could Be Object of Reality Show

by Keith Klamer

Everybody has heard rumours about what occurs in the back of limos. And not more than one films have featured love scenes and other various hanky-panky that may take place behind the glass window that often separates the limousine driver from the paying customers.

But what actually goes on in limos as they glide down the roads and boulevards of America's premier destination towns "say, Chicago, Illinois?

Chicago limo drivers will tell you without hesitation: everything! They've seen it all! And their stories would make great fodder for a reality show on network television if only a smart producer in Hollywood would interview them. There just seems to be something impossible to resist about riding around like a big-shot company entrepreneur or rock star that gets the blood racing and tempts folks to misbehave in the back of limos.

Perhaps it's because most individuals don't ride in limousines very often. And when they hit a Big Town like Chicago Illinois, they tend to do things they would not do back in Kansas like drink too much, for starters. So blend the novelty of limo travel with the razzamatazz of the Windy City and you have a recipe for bad behavior. That's when things can heat up in the back of the limousine cruising down Lake Shore Drive or rolling down Michigan Avenue.

According to industry figures, most individuals have been in a limousine a median of 3.5 times during their life. Customarily, these rides occurred during weddings, proms and funerals. While special events such as these are indeed notable, they sometimes aren't that memorable suggesting that folk do not generally lose their heads and do something that they would regret later on.

Not so in Chicago or the Big Apple or London. They definitely misbehave in those towns. But particularly Chicago. Perhaps that's why Sinatra called it "my kind of town"!
